Riviera ARC will be operating the special event station callsign GB4ZOO at Paignton Zoo on Saturday 30th March to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Zoo’s opening at Easter in 1923. Paignton Zoo is now one of the country’s leading conservation charities.

GB4ZOO will be active on 40m and 2m and a commemorative QSL card will be available for stations contacting the event as well as SWLs.

We welcome visitors to the radio station so if you’re at Paignton Zoo on the Saturday over Easter weekend come and see what we’re doing.
